PRODUCTION

We currently are able to produce 300m of plain weave fabric per month.

However please note that we work with skilled artisans who take care in producing the best quality handmade fabrics, therefore larger quantities and other demands on our production schedule may incur longer lead times.

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 15m and our maximum order is 300m per month.

SAMPLES

There are many different variables to consider when designing fabrics therefore we believe that good communication is important and we recommend a Skype call or visit to discuss designs and options.

Once a design has been finalised we can transfer it onto our specification sheet for the weavers and they can begin to produce the samples. It is during sampling that we can calculate lead times and dye costs therefore a quote will be issued post sample.

ORDERS

Once samples are approved we will email one of our Purchase Order Forms. When this is completed and received we will send you an invoice.

In order to ensure our artisans are paid on time we ask that you pay 70% of the invoiced amount to confirm your order. The remaining 30% is payable within 10 days of dispatch.

DELIVERY

We are able to organise delivery by air and sea to anywhere in the world. We work with a number of reputable freight couriers including DHL and FedEx.

Once paperwork is completed and the order is dispatched, all responsibility of delivery is between the courier company and customer however we do recommend insurance, which we can organise.

TRACEABILITY

We will provide you as designers, and your clients, with full traceability of your product. From the thread, through the dyeing and weaving everything is done in-house and we can provide full information on any detail upon request, including the name of the weaver and production times from beginning to end.
